Cruz Brothers

Play in Vs mode with 2 controllers or in Spetzfest mode with 1 controller (because in this mode you can use Mr. Mayhem).
Select the Biker Shop Open, then select Mr. Mayhem. When fight starts, charge your power (shown in the red box in bottom left corner) hitting the opponents and letting them hit you.
A good way is just hitting them with A and then they will attack you with their super, after that or when you have the crown of your power, just press RB+LB at the time opponent hit you and you will have a Breaker. Achievement should pop.

I just got it in Sparring. I kept pressing "A" attacking opponent to build up my crown, once it was full I pressed attack button on the 2nd controller (with my feet lol) to attack my character. Right when I was attacking I spammed RB and LB on the 1st controller. Got it my 1st try.
