These two achievements require you to "motion dodge" your opponent's attacks, I believe a total of 5 and then 10 times for this achievement. Motion dodge is done with 
and works kind of like parrying in other games. Wait for your opponent to attack and press before they connect to do a motion dodge. Just stand there and repeat over and over on the same opponent until this achievement unlocks.
