From the main menu go into the Brawl Night mode, any fight will do but I chose the first one against O'Bryan. At the character select screen choose Felipe Cruz as your fighter.
You'll need to build your crown meter to full before being able to execute a breaker.
Mash
while next to your opponent and you'll quickly build your meter. This also builds any time you're hit by your opponent as well.
Once your crown meter is flashing, wait for your opponent to hit you and press
+ 
to execute a breaker, which will unlock this achievement.

I just got it in Sparring. I kept pressing "A" attacking opponent to build up my crown, once it was full I pressed attack button on the 2nd controller (with my feet lol) to attack my character. Right when I was attacking I spammed RB and LB on the 1st controller. Got it my 1st try.
