I think you mean after the second fight. It's during or after the cutscene after completing chapter 1, which includes two fights.

This should be the second achievement you earn in the game.
Story Mode: Chapter 1: Mr. Mayhem fight. As soon as you win this fight there will be a cutscene and you will pop the achievement.

You can win every fight in the game by spamming Down Forward X.
It's a stupidly cheap move that creates a shockwave filling the screen. Pretty much a win button.

Fantastic tip and works almost every time dependant on timing.
However, just a little constructive criticism, this is not a solution for this specific achievement. If this solution were to include when the achievement pops (ie. After X amount of fights in X mode) it would be perfect.
Please consider going through your solutions to include such information.

Story related and cannot be missed. You’ll obtain this trophy right after the first fight in Story Mode. You will fight with Ryan yourself and contrary to what this trophy makes you think, you actually have to win the fight. After the fight a short cutscene appears and the trophy will pop.
