I like how little this game cares about being coherent. The achievement names the fighter as “O’Bryant,” and the game proper lists the fighter as “O’Bryan.”
You followed this sentiment perfectly, and no offense to you whatsoever, by writing that the fighter is “O’Brian.”

Todays update (1-august-2022) finally fixed this new achievements.
For this one, you need to do 3 special moves with O'Bryan. I did it in Brawl Mode, but I think is in any mode where you can play with this character.
Special moves are:
Down, Right + X
Down, Right + B
Down, Right + Y

I did this in Sparring. If you've ever played Street Fighter, the special move is performed the same way you throw a fireball with Ken & Ryu plus X or B or A. So press down then forward and either X or A or B!

All of the Special-related achievements can be done in Sparring mode, which only requires one controller.
Load up a Sparring match against any opponent, and pick the require fighter from the achievement description. All fighters have the same button combinations for specials. You need to slide from
and towards your opponent (so, if you're on the left side of the screen, slide from to 
) and then press either

. Any will be a Special attack. I found the timing to be pretty awkward and difficult to do consistently, but when done correctly you'll see some purple/blue flashes around the attack to indicate it's a Special. Do this three times with each character to unlock the associated achievement.
