How to unlock the Impossible, Right? achievement in Crypt of the NecroDancer - Definitive Guide
Coda is the final character you unlock. She is essentially a combination of a few other characters. Her beat is twice as fast (you and the enemies move faster). You only have a dagger and half a heart. If you pick up any gold you die--and all enemies drop gold when killed. If you miss a beat you die (you basically can't stop moving).
There is no guide I can write for this. You will need to play hundreds or thousands of hours, and learn every nuance of this game. Only a handful of people can complete this. Spooty did this live at a speedrunning event, and it was insane (Run starts at 13:35):

That is NUTS. Hat's off to the guys who actually got it done. Probably ever harder with a controller.

Can it be done blindfolded?

There's been some renewed interest now that someone actually has a clear on Xbox so I'll link the very low quality replay here. This was done in vanilla (without the DLC) on HereAtLongLast4, which is his 'main' account. He has since finished the game on that account, and gotten another Coda clear on HeroAtLongLast4.
But he's got some useful advice and tips in the description about his settings and such, which is the primary reason I'm making this into a solution. We've got a pretty tight zoom on Xbox, and we're bound to controller inputs. The hope is that when Xbox gets the upcoming Synchrony DLC, that we'll perhaps get some quality of life improvements which put the playing experience more on par with PC, which has literally dozens more settings than we have relating to zoom, audio calibration, and otherwise - even without the new DLC. But there's even more with the new DLC that should make even low% easier.
This is however solid proof that if you just put in over two thousand hours of gameplay practice, you too can get one of the hardest achievements in the game on Xbox, and eventually finish the game. Probably.
