The enemies here are soldiers with halbards, and they will rush at you if they see you. By now, however, you should be both tough and powerful and you should be able to dispatch them with little to no trouble. The boss is another soldier, but he again gets stunned when you hit him so you can just stand and strike with no rebuttal.

If you die, you go back to the start but keep any exp and money you got, so if you suck you can just keep on buying upgrades and weapons until you can beat the level.
