How to unlock the Level 7 Completed achievement in Crypt of the Serpent King Remastered 4K Edition - Definitive Guide

Level 7 ends the game with more of the same. This time round there are 14 keys to find, and this time around they are surrounded pits with spikes in them. Make sure your jumps are accurate as you will die if you touch it. The enemies here are snakes. They are actually a bit tougher, they are fast and their attacks hurt. Your best bet is to shoot them with your bow or crossbow, if you have no ammo circle them and attack from the back and sides. The final boss here is the Serpent King. He's a little tougher than the rest of the bosses, and is the toughest enemy in the game, but just keep moving and attacking and he won't be able to keep up. KIll him to finish the game.

If you die, you go back to the start but keep any exp and money you got, so if you suck you can just keep on buying upgrades and weapons until you can beat the level.

This shows as unlocked on when I go to the achievement list, but when I view the list of games I've played, this one isn't unlocked.

Start the game on Casual and complete all seven floors by finding the required number of keys, unlocking the final door with the boss inside, and killing it. You will then start the next floor and repeat this process. The only time I had any issues was on floor two with the goblin enemy (for some reason his attacks were the hardest to time), and on floor four trying to jump and get the keys (the island is shaped weird and I fell in the lava a few times).

When you level up your character, focus on agility first. Since the game's combat is so simple, the extra speed and jump distance will help with the platforms on level four of the dungeon. Endurance only mitigates incoming damage, so if you've got the combat timing down, that is irrelevant. Strength will help kill enemies a bit faster, but one extra hit per enemy isn't going to add much time to your completion either. Throw just about everything into agility until the fourth floor, then start adding strength a bit.

The combat tips in the roadmap will help you easily master this game and complete it quickly. Good luck!
