This will probably pop in your first campaign. When selecting the vessel to salvage it will be labelled "-ARTIFACT-" if a collectible is there to be earned.
When completing said vessel just make sure to not destroy the Nuclear Defense system, after you have destroyed the Core, you will be given the collectible during the post level stats screen and the trophy will pop.
