try quitting the game, not quick resume, and resetting your xbox. This has worked for me for a few sticky achievements for other games.

Chapter: Leaving train. After we turn on the air defense on the sides, we run into the library, turn on the binoculars and just look at the shelves on the first and second floor. Also on the second floor on the right (if you look from the entrance) you can mark objects, did this and the trophy fell out. Don't forget to pick up a souvenir from the counter downstairs.

It is enough to mark one book:
You get inside the library, take a collectible item at the entrance, go up the stairs, on the second floor enter the burning doorway, turn on the visor, turn right, aim at the hexagon and press . Ring!
