Triple check your game is tracking this correctly. It is bugged and will sometimes only give you credit for beating a level on rookie despite being on super-soldier, more than likely caused by quick resume. You can go to the main menu and select replay missions to see what the highest level the game is giving you credit for completing

Thanks for your feedback and downvote. It's old news because I discovered the bug. That game came out on Oct 15th, and I found the bug and posted on the 16th. That's why I posted this notice, hence it becoming a known bug.

You do have the ability to edit your solution to advise the glitch is patched, or post a forum instead

do a full recruit run get your upgrades then go straight to super solider difficulty, you can literally stealth through entire missions, there area few tough battle sections but nothing you cant do with patience and the right weaponry

This is issue is still present. Played the first 6 levels on supersoldier, only soldier got awarded for level, 4, 5 and 6. Probably because I had turned off the Xbox and started playing again.

Really frustrating

If patched, then this should definitely be updated to clearly state that. Thanks for making it known all the same.

I'm more interested in should I dive straight into veteran like the first entry, or is it significantly easier to do it on the second playthrough
