How to unlock the Blast Radius achievement in Crysis 2 Remastered - Definitive Guide

The earliest this can be done is on level 1 right after you get your armor ability. After that alley section, you will enter an area that is more open with a box of grenades in front of you. Below you are three soldiers talking in close proximity. This is also the donut area, so you will need to load your checkpoint in order to get both.

Alternatively, at the start of Mission #8, Seat of Power, there are many Ceph Ticks running around.
Tossing a grenade here should net at least three, even as they run to a nearby pipe.

At the first meeting with bugs in the subway, when they attack a soldier, we throw a grenade at his feet and the prize is yours

Another option in mission 2. In the place where we get grenades for the first time and you can throw a donut on the enemy, there are three people standing near the crater. We take grenades, run up in disguise and throw them at the feet of the middle one. It worked the second time.
