tracking is definitely a bit wonky mine has stopped at 96% despite doing more that it should have unlocked

Mine bugged as well at 92%. Did the delete local save, and for some reason cancelling sync didn't work. (it did no problem in Crysis 1R no problem) It would just sync anyway on me when hitting cancel immediately. I just disconnect internet to my Xbox before launching the game, then reconnected after I started a new game. Now there's an in game counter that comes up on screen, I have a feeling they didn't test the game tracker with the achievement tracker. They seem to be buggy and conflict with eachother. As when I went to re-do the 25 kills. I had to do all 25. Despite me being at 92%. Crysis 1 just continued on from that percentage you were at. The in game tracker was reset to 0, and only when it reached 25 did the achievement unlock.
I had the same issue with the 'softball' achievement it stopped at 90%. I was able to be complete it in the same new save but also had to do all 10 again.
