Triple check your game is tracking this correctly. It is bugged and will sometimes only give you credit for beating a level on rookie despite being on super soldier. You can go to the main menu and select replay missions to see what the highest level the game is giving you credit for completing.

Up to 12 now and I I even know about the glitch hmm guess its back to level 5 and go again now fml

I'm missing 1 level but I don't know which one it is. Additionally ALL my missions are marked as having been completed on Supersoldier. Strangely, I got credit for completing the entire game on Supersoldier just now as well. I think my best bet is to go back and re-play missions 6-12 because I got the 6 missions on Supersoldier without incident.

Edit: That didn't work so I wiped my data and will start a 3rd playthrough tomorrow.

People have advised that you not quit a mission in the middle but I never did that. I completed all 12 of those missions back to back without quitting or turning of the console. Will start the game from the beginning for the 3rd time...angry

This should unlock after the 12th mission. There is a bug right now that prevents the achievement tracker and in game stats from going up. The only solution i have right now is, Basically you have to finish each level through to the end without closing the game or leaving. each time i load up Crysis, I just go to campaign and pick the latest level I am on and finish it. If you die during the level, loading the previous checkpoint seems to be fine. the tracker will go up and the in game stats of missions completed will reflect correctly.
