I found the easiest way to accomplish this is to find the ant like alien creatures and slide into them. The beginning of level eight, Seat of Power, is perfect for this.

I found my weapon was aiming high usually when I slid trying to shoot the small aliens... did eventually get it with them, just used a fair amount of ammo!

i think the way the achievement is worded means that you have to kill them with your slide. And killing the ant aliens is a one-hit kill with the slide.

I got mine on in the level you first start to play in the subway after the speeding camera. There's two in the bathroom that attack a guy running out and 5-7 that attack a cell guy after you open the second gate.

Maybe it's also worth noting you can slide by pushing the crouch button, while sprinting.

It might help to mention that it seems to require 5 without "restarting" the check point. I got it against humans; first I died after my 4th, got it the second time around (5 in a row). You also get a little counter at the top of the screen. Found the pistol easier.

Can confirm you don't need a checkpoint. Power slide the 4 at the very beginning when you gain control, then move forwards and there are another 5.

Can get it in one go.

Another way to do this really easy is just slide into the the little ant creatures it was right when you go into the subway there is a bunch and they just kept respawning out of the wall! worked well for me hope this helps

Fairly straightforward, here is what you do. I found it very simple on the mission Sudden Impact right after you pick up the Stealth Scarab. Once you walk down the stairs and crouch under the ventilation system on the adjacent rooftop, there is somewhat of a walkway on the right hand side, and one person stands there (or should be, if not just get the attention of the CELL). Simply sprint towards them then press B to slide, then just open fire (you must kill them while sliding since you can't kill them from the impact of the slide). Once you take out the first, go into stealth mode and allow more guards to walk up there, then repeat. Had it in about 5 min of messing around. Hope it helps!

This one is easily done on the third mission sudden Impact. After you get the Shotgun just sprint at a human enemy, then hit the B button to slide and shoot them with the shotgun as you sliding towards them. Since there are plenty of enemies on this stage it will take no time at all to kill five human enemies.

Any mission where you come across the ceph ticks-little ant things,just slide into them and theyll just keep respawning,you cant slide and shoot to get the kill you must just get the kill by simply sliding so find a bunch and slide away,they will just keep respawning for ya.i will add the name off the mission when ive checked ;]
When ya just about to leave the subway,youre supposed to jump up and grab a ledge,youre warned about 'being in a nest 'or something and a cell soldier appears and gets his arse kicked,this is where the ticks are most numerous and there are no dangers from anything else.

This can be done fairly early on and pretty much in the same area as the 'Blast Radius' achievement. Once you've thrown the grenade, walk around the corner and you'll see more Swarm CELL and there should be more than enough of them to kill.

To slide you need to first sprint by pressing and holding in then while sprinting hold down to slide for a period of time. What gun you use doesn't matter, though some on certain targets are better, like the shotgun. I simply just kept sliding in this corridor with my assault rifle and killed all the Swarm CELL and the achievement unlocked!
