How to unlock the I Am Not A Number achievement in Crysis 2 - Definitive Guide

Must be at rank 5. Once you're at level 5, go to multiplayer menu. Choose "customize equipment" and then select a custom class. After that, just customize your class settings. Once your done, press B button to go back to previous menu and the achievement will unlock.
Very easy.

FWIW, I got mine @ lvl 4!!! Don't ask me how, I have no clue...

Some how I was already at level 5 even before starting a multiplayer game. Note: I had just completed the single player story.

If you have the limited edition, you start off @ lvl 5.

To get this, it looks like you must spend an upgrade point on something. I replaced "Side Pack" with something else.

Yeah, I can confirm that you need to spend an upgrade point. Should add that to the solution!

When you load up the multiplayer menu you'll notice the Custom Class section. Simply head into it and set up your Gun/Perk class and any extras, then once you exit the achievement will unlock!
