This is a nonmissable achievement*

Go to mission "DARK HEART" play the whole mission it isn't too hard just have to stay back because you will be attacked by Grunt Aliens. What I did for this mission was sniping just headshots with alot of Aliens you get a sniper in the middle of the mission or have it on you from playing previous missions. Basically you have to rip apart and destroy the spore conduit with your suit in this mission. There will be a gate type structure at the end of the mission that opens then you'll proceed to taking out this spore. The achievement unlocks before the cutscene of you killing the spore.

Now for people doing it on Super Solider it isn't hard you can stealth and sprint pass most of the aliens just make sure you have somewhere you can stop without being notice and charge back up your power suit so you can stealth and run by all of the aliens. It's not too hard if I can do it anyone can. Checkpoints are highly recommended if you're playing this mission on Super Solider.

There are 2 side achievements in the mission don't forget about them or you might have to reply the mission again which sometimes can be a drag.
