Now the achievement description itself is slightly confusing as it says to scan all of the books, however, there is only 1 that you have to get which this is located in the Mission called "Train To Catch". Far along the level when you will enter a burning library you will have to run through a door way that is on fire, once through turn right, activate your TAC camera (

) and walk up to the book on the shelf, scan it (

) and you're done.

I would have voted you up if you had made clear it's the TAC camera (up on D pad) and not Nanovision (Down on Dpad)

bloody hell. Its pretty obvious from the video what camera it is. Maybe he would have voted you up if you went round his house and did it for him. Anyway, spot on +1.

Yeah +1 from me, not hard to figure out it's the camera. Besides, trial & error.
Probably should edit the solution though, i mean why not, right?

This is done during the mission "Train to catch".

When you enter the library take the stairs to the upper floor. Move towards the objective marker and you'll end up at a door and a fire "blocking" your way. Activate Armor Mode and walk through it. Once through you will see a bookshelf illuminated by a blue light.

Now activate your tactical visor and scan the one POI. Simple as that.

On the level 'Train to Catch', you'll need to head into the burning library after defending it. Upon entering and after you've made your way through the burning entrance with your 'Maximum Armor', look to the right to see the book shelf.

Bring up your Visor () and you'll see a yellow target on the top shelf. Walk up to it and press to tag it and the achievement will unlock.
