It's not enough, that you are able to use 5 differet modifications. You have to use them.

I use the FY71.
You are able to get the 5th, when you find the Incendiary Ammo

5-module (incendiary cartridges) is installed only on FY71. You can find them in Chapter 4, in the hangar near the cruiser. Having installed all the modules on the weapon, your

Crysis Remastered v1.02. If the trophy does not fall, then remove all the modules from the FY71 rifle, throw them on the ground, pick them up again and start installing one module each time while holding the touchpad on the gamepad.

If you missed it, in episode 6 of Awakening, at the beginning of the mission you will need to copy data in the office (optional). So, in this office on the second floor, in the first room on the right, there will be a small weapons warehouse. There are cartridges there.
