While there are tons of ways to clear this challenge my friend Paper Pancake made a very clever video that shows a fairly easy way to clear the Gold and Crystal Golem challenge in under seven minutes. Below is a nine minute video that explains the strategy which is also a great speed run.
The worst part about getting to this point is leveling up the cards to gold. You will have to spent the time to play enough games to get a card from level one to level five in each respective tier (stone, copper, silver, and gold).
The three main card group to focus on is White Legion, Green Legion, and Crystal Legion.
Most of the cards needed are relatively easy to get some some even right off at the start. The others will have to be gained through doing small quests with specific cards to unlock the next one.
If you wished to skip all that hassle you could buy the cards for the pay to win currency to start leveling them up sooner. I recommend if spending any of the currency on quick unlocks to do the Ballista Spawner for 600 Crystals as it would save the most amount of time.
