How to unlock the He Said, She Said achievement in CSI Fatal Conspiracy - Definitive Guide

This is almost like "Story related". At the end of case 4, after you get the cell phone at Manny's trailer, with the picture of Veronica and Will, go back to the interrogation room and talk to Will. Confront him with the cell phone picture and he will give you Veronica's alibi.

I know there are other solutions available here but I don't feel any of them properly explain what pops this achievements. Near the end of the case, you will get a call saying that Veronica lied about when she got off work. When you get this call, go to the interrogation room and question her about this. She will specifically say "I couldn't have been there, I was in bed with Will." To get her to say this, I believe you have to confront her with the cell phone pictures from Manny's phone but that's not the only thing that triggers this achievo like some of the other solutions seem to be saying. When you hear this line, go back to Brass and ask to speak with Will Rice. You will get a line of dialogue asking basically to confirm her story and he will agree. This is when the achievo pops. I hope this helps anyone who was confused.

Once you have the cell phone from outside manny's trailer, you will find a picture of veronica and will kissing. Confront Veronica and ask her where she really was. once she tells you she was with will in bed, confirm this with will. once you have finished questioning him, the achievement will unlock. hope this helps :D

Near the end of Case Four you'll gain access to Manny's Trailer. Check the couch to find his cellphone containing an interesting picture. Return to Brass for a warrant to search Jessy, Will and Veronica's apartment, use the cellphone as evidence. Search Veronica's room to find an earring from the victim.

Go back to Veronica in the interrogation room. When she claims that they are just friends, refute her claim with the cellphone. When she claims Jessy always goes to the carwash alone, refute her claim with the earring. Now return to Brass' office and ask to speak to Will. When he denies the relationship, use the cellphone and he will admit it's the truth.

The trophy will not unlock until after finishing the conversation.

This achievement is on Case 4 and it is MISSABLE.

After you obtain a search warrant for Veronica's room and you find the victims missing earring on her bed, go back and use it as evidence when you are interrogating her. She will confess to sleeping with Will Rice at the time of the murder. Now go and talk to Will Rice to see if he backs up her statement, and he will admit it's the truth. This achievement will unlock after your conversation has finished with him.
