Grass Strider is not a separate card - you can't find one. You actually get one by using the Metamorphose Belt item on a creature during combat. This turns the creature into Grass Strider, a 40/40 neutral creature that gets +10 ST for every card in your opponent's hand.
As the Metamorphose Belt is actually a decently useful card on it's own, I'd suggest not going out of your way to play a game for the achievement. Instead, you should be able to find a place in a good deck for it, when you're either playing for other achievements, playing for items for your character, or just testing out decks against the AI. If you still need some of the "Surveyor" achievements, those are especially good games to use Belt in, as they're already going to take a while. I earned mine while going for Surveyor of Air, and that was with a single Belt in my deck - I ended up going through my deck three times.

You CANNOT get a Grass Strider creature card in the game. You must use
Metamorph Belt in battle to change your current creature into Grass Strider and defeat the opponent creature. Must steal the territory in the process.
