Not too difficult to do really. Pack lots of the dragon from each color, lava dragon for red, deep water for blue, hardrock for green, and the lightning dragon for yellow, also armored dragon for neutral. Finally you have to pack some dragon welps because you have to have his converted form, the dragon lord in play as well. A gold idol or two helps a lot so you don't have to have the land restrictions to play the dragons. You could also throw dragon eggs in there as well and evolve them into a random dragon. I did this one in a 3 person ffa in one of the early story modes so that the computer AI wouldn't have any effective way of killing or dealing with your dragons. Just pack some mana building spells and some useable items to help your dragons defend (they have item restrictions) and hold on to your lands long enough to win.
