Bring a Magma Armor to the battle using a red deck or a Storm Armor with a yellow deck. If there are at least 13 red/yellow creatures in play, you should be able to steal 300+. You still need to win the match though.

Use the red creature Fay to boost your bandit to 100 ST base value. Then use a creature with 50 or more ST to support him in battle, or use an item that will increase his ST by at least 50, or allow him to critical. He'll steal double of what he hits for, and you should do at least 150 damage. Then win the match.
deathchant
A bandit steals gold equal to twice its damage. You will need to boost its attack to a 150 at least. I used fay's territory ability to boost the bandit's ST +20 to acquire this achievement. The bandit is also has a support ability, so you can use a creature from your hand as support to boost to the 150 damage.
