There are two things here worth explaining.
First, getting a Gearion. It's not present as a card in the game that you can put into a deck. You have to make one during play. First, you need to combine the Ground Gear and Sky Gear into Androgear - this is done by using one as support for the other. (Note that cards that stop effects during battle will prevent this, such as Sea Bonze.) Then, once you have an Androgear, you need to use the Beast Gear to support it. Again, it combines during battle, and as a result, you have an 80/80 Attacks First Untargetable neutral creature! Congrats!
Now, the next step - getting three of them. The obvious way is to just use a lot of Ground Gear and Sky Gear, support when you can, and then hope to get another battle while you have a Beast Gear in your hand. This route is helped with use of Chariot, Spirit Link to give you more freedom to move and attack other creatures, and Telegnosis and Herald Spirit to give more opportunities to move them.
There is another way too - Quicksilver. Quicksilver has the creature ability to morph into the creature with the highest MHP on the board, and at 80, Gearion is likely to be that creature. A few Quicksilvers will speed up the process once you have the first Gearion.
One you have three, just win the game. And three Gearions on the board really helps in that task.

A gearion is created by combining a ground gear with a sky gear during a support in battle. This will create an Andro gear. You then need to combine the Andro gear with the Beast gear during a support in battle. This creates a Gear Lion. Maybe the translation from japanese to english got messed up, but i dont know what the hell a gearion is. A Gear Lion is what they are asking for. Now, you can either do this three times and spend about 4-5 hours doing it, or you can add the creature(blue) Quicksilver in your deck and use its territory ability that will almost for sure copy the Gear Lion you have created. It took me 30 minutes to do it this way.
