Unlocking this achievement requires quite a few things to be done. First is actually getting Aym and Baal. Here's how to do that.

While working your way through this new content, which is essentially a New Game+ mode, you'll notice that you get God Tears dropped from minibosses and Bishops as you progress through each region. Those God Tears can be given to ??? in the center, and you'll get a little roulette wheel where you reward is random. What you're looking for/hoping to win are two different necklaces (always on the left slot, I believe): one with a moon (Dark Necklace) and one with a sun (Necklace of Light). As far as I can tell, both of these necklaces only can be won once, meaning once you get each, if you don't use them toward this achievement, you'll miss it (and Relics of the Old Faith (30G) since it depends on this achievement for two Relics). Once you have one of those two necklaces, what you need to do is choose a follower in your cult and gift it to them (when you choose the interaction wheel, choose to give them a gift, and then you'll likely need to choose the bottom option to go to the next page, and there you'll find either the Dark Necklace or the Necklace of Light). After gifting them the necklace, you then need to go into your temple and perform the sacrifice Ritual and choose that follower with the necklace. Sacrificing the follower who has the Dark Necklace will swap them with Aym, and the follower with the Necklace of Light will be swapped with Baal.

Be careful here. Make sure of a few things:
 

• Make sure the follower you give the necklace to can be sacrificed. For example, the Bishops can't be sacrificed so don't give it to them
• Make sure the follower you give it to won't die before you sacrifice them. If they do, I believe you can just perform the resurrection Ritual to bring them back, but I'm not positive if they'll still have the necklace when you bring them back
• Ideally, make sure the sacrifice Ritual is ready to use (done cooling down) before gifting the necklace, just so you can do this right away
• Make sure you don't do anything else with that follower with the necklace, such as sacrifice them to open a region door, turn them into gold at Midas's Cave, or something else dumb that would result in your losing that necklace

Now that you have Aym and/or Baal in your cult, it's time to reunite them with Forneus. You can either do this one at a time or both at the same time. To do this, you'll need to build a Demonic Circle. This isn't required for the base game, so build it now if you haven't already. The regular Demonic Circle only lets you take one follower with you on a crusade. So, if you want to take Aym and Baal at the same time, you'll need to upgrade to Demonic Circle II so you can take two followers. Once it's built, go inside it and interact to pull up your list of followers. Choose Aym and/or Baal to convert them to a demon. Now head into any region (Darkwood is the easiest, so probably best to go there) and progress with your run. After finishing up the first combat stage and seeing the map, you're looking for a Forneus shop. Thankfully, from what I can tell, the game guarantees a spawn of this shop if you have Aym or Baal with you. It'll also be marked with a quest marker so it's more obvious. Follow a route to get to that shop, and you'll get a cutscene with Forneus being reunited with its children. After each child joins Forneus, you'll get a Relic (two Relics total). Once you've given both Aym and Baal to Forneus, you'll unlock this achievement.
