How to unlock the True Love Found achievement in Cult of the Lamb - Definitive Guide
Just a heads up, this is lucky based from what I tested.
So, Relics of the Old Faith added a new npc you can talk and trade Gods Tears for a spin, which you can get a lost doctrine, a follower form, a piece of a holy talisman, and a necklace. The npc in question is the one you name it, firstly encountered as "???". You need two necklaces, Necklace of Light and Dark Necklace, and you can only get them from this new npc. Once you have them, make a follower wear one of the necklaces, and sacrifice them, when sacrificing, the follower will be traded for Baal if hes using the Necklace of Light, and Aym if hes using the Dark Necklace. Once you get both of them, turn them into demons, and go on a crusade. Forneus "shop"(which is a house with a cat under it) will have a green exclamation point, just get there, and a little cutscene will play. This is needed for collecting all relics, since when reuniting Baal and Aym with Forneus gives 2 relics. And yes, you lose them after reuniting them.
(Only SACRIFICE works)
(Dark Necklace looks like a moon, and Necklace of Light looks like a sun)
Something I forgot, DO NOT place the necklace on a follower and lets say, give them to the door, or turn into gold in Midas cave, those actions deletes that follower per say, the necklace will be lost, since you can only get one copy of each. Read about a lot of people doing that mistake.

I gave the necklace to a new follower who subsequently died before my sacrifice ritual had cooled down. FML

*MISSABLE*
Unlocking this achievement requires quite a few things to be done. First is actually getting Aym and Baal. Here's how to do that.
While working your way through this new content, which is essentially a New Game+ mode, you'll notice that you get God Tears dropped from minibosses and Bishops as you progress through each region. Those God Tears can be given to ??? in the center, and you'll get a little roulette wheel where you reward is random. What you're looking for/hoping to win are two different necklaces (always on the left slot, I believe): one with a moon (Dark Necklace) and one with a sun (Necklace of Light). As far as I can tell, both of these necklaces only can be won once, meaning once you get each, if you don't use them toward this achievement, you'll miss it (and Relics of the Old Faith (30G) since it depends on this achievement for two Relics). Once you have one of those two necklaces, what you need to do is choose a follower in your cult and gift it to them (when you choose the interaction wheel, choose to give them a gift, and then you'll likely need to choose the bottom option to go to the next page, and there you'll find either the Dark Necklace or the Necklace of Light). After gifting them the necklace, you then need to go into your temple and perform the sacrifice Ritual and choose that follower with the necklace. Sacrificing the follower who has the Dark Necklace will swap them with Aym, and the follower with the Necklace of Light will be swapped with Baal.
Be careful here. Make sure of a few things:

Be careful here. Make sure of a few things:
- Make sure the follower you give the necklace to can be sacrificed. For example, the Bishops can't be sacrificed so don't give it to them
- Make sure the follower you give it to won't die before you sacrifice them. If they do, I believe you can just perform the resurrection Ritual to bring them back, but I'm not positive if they'll still have the necklace when you bring them back
- Ideally, make sure the sacrifice Ritual is ready to use (done cooling down) before gifting the necklace, just so you can do this right away
- Make sure you don't do anything else with that follower with the necklace, such as sacrifice them to open a region door, turn them into gold at Midas's Cave, or something else dumb that would result in your losing that necklace

After completing the main game, a deity will appear who, for the tears found, will play new items at roulette, including amulets that can be given to his followers.
For the trophy you need an amulet of the day and an amulet of the night.
We give each of them to followers, then these followers must be sacrificed precisely through the ritual of sacrifice - the followers will turn into the cats of Aim and Baal.
Aim and Baal must be turned into demons on the altar and brought to the merchant cat Forneus.
