Found the Order of the Bloody Cup as your cult, using grail lore.
Only the followers Renira and Saliba can be promoted to Cyprians.
Recruit them using your cult in the talk action with a little grail aspect. Good options are the lore A Red Secret, or the Restlessness influence. This will make a believer, with 2 grail aspect to contribute to the next step.
Then, you'll need 7 grail aspect, which can come from one lore card and one card that is either an influence, an ingredient, or a tool. It's best to save ingredients for later. This will make a disciple, with 5 grail aspect to contribute to the next step.
