An easy boss level is "Botanic Panic" which is just under and to the left of the shop. You can even choose the simple difficulty level.
First, you must defeat a giant potato. Just keep shooting and jump over what he shoots out of his mouth. He will shoot in bursts of 2 or 3 and then pause.
Next, you must defeat a giant carrot. Avoid the smaller carrots coming from the sky and keep shooting. Once his eyes change you know he is about to shoot 2 beams. Run from them and proceed to shoot him some more. A good tip is to use
which makes it easier to aim.

There's also an onion between the potato and the carrot. It's pretty easy though. It sits there and cries, and you have to keep shooting it while avoiding the occasional tears that fall from the sky.

Theres isn't an onion if you play on Simple difficulty. Which he much have done it on.

This is probably gonna be your first achievement, go into the root pack boss battle (it’s the garden) and just beat um. You can do this on simple or regular BUT keep in mind you can only beat the game on regular. If you are having trouble here a guide

Bosses are pretty easy to find throughout the map, just beat any of them and you'll get the achievement. Of course, since this is Cuphead we're talking about, that is easier said then done, so i recommend fighting the Root Pack first since they're the easiest bosses of the game, that way you'll be able to learn a bit more about the game.
