But just to clarify, this only applies to the 6 Run and Gun levels in Inwell Isles 1 through 3. I was missing 4 coins from the overworld when I unlocked this achievement. The videos on those pages give a great visual for completing the stages already.

How do you have the achievement for this but missing one coin like I am?

Every Run 'n Gun level has 5 coins. Some of them are easy to miss but most likely you will get all of them on your first run. If you happen to miss any, just check before starting the level, it should point out which ones you missed, making it easy for you to search.

You need to collect all the coins in 6 levels of Run 'n Gun.

Also, you need to find all the secret coins that the NPC coin hid, make five parries in a row and talk to the clown (below the castle with the dragon), help the girl get through, completing the RUN 'n GUN level, and so on.
