When you get to the Devil, he will demand you to join him. Select YES and the trophy will pop. There will be a little cutscene along with credits, but the game won't be really finished, it will stay at 96% completion. You won't lose anything by selecting this option, since the game will get back exactly where you were before.

A jamb from the localizers, you don’t have to “lose”, but before the battle agree to give the contracts to the Devil. Watch the bad ending, get the trophy, continue the game and go into battle with Satan!

Give the contracts to the devil and watch the bad ending...don’t be afraid, you can still replay it later.
