Dinosaur eggs can be found in raptor nests on the Prehistoric Island maps, as well as occasionally found for trade in villages on the same island type.
Once you obtain an egg, wait for it to hatch and you will receive either a baby tortoise or a baby dinosaur. If it's a dinosaur let it grow to adulthood and the achievement will unlock. You don't have to keep the dinosaur if your party is full but it must reach adulthood before you dismiss/drop it.
