How to unlock the Hole in One achievement in Cursed to Golf - Definitive Guide

First of all, I reccommend playing through the entire game (all 18 holes) before going for any of the "Finish a hole in X shots" achievements. Each of the area's bosses give you different powers but it is the third set of holes (11-15) that help the most by allowing you to keep cards on you if you fail a round without needing to put them in the binder. In addition, by the time you beat the game, you should be more used to the mechanics and physics which will be vital for both making difficult shots as well as farming ace cards.

I also want to note that THESE X SHOTS ACHIEVEMENTS DO NOT STACK which means even if you get your hole in one first, you will still need to get ace, eagle, and birdie.

To set up for these achievements, you will want to first do a run through of the game grabbing as many useful cards as possible and then purposefully die in order to return to the simpler and easier holes. You can ignore the par and mulligan cards as they provide next to no help in getting these achievements. The most important card to look out for is the silver practice shot card as it allows you to make a practice shot while also getting to play the ball from where it lands. Since that shot was technically a practice shot, it will not actually count as a swing for the hole. Even better, you can use any shot affecting card (drillball, ice ball, phase ball, and etc) with this practice shot which means you can quickly traverse any hole while not even increasing your shot count.

The last thing to look out for are holes you know you can actually do with what you have. You absolutely don't want to start using your practice shots and ball modifiers for a hole only to end up not getting any of the achievements as this will require an entirely new run just to get your cards stocked up again. Take your time as even late game holes can be made trivial with the right combination of ball affects. I was able to get ACE! in world 2 and Eagle in world 3, so don't panic if you are approaching the end.

If you are still having trouble getting any of these, ItsZoeStarr2 has video showing a hole in one strat on one of the holes that can spawn for world 1 which only requires a portal card and a drill ball card to pull off. The video is also helpful to demonstrate how to go about thinking about "breaking" the levels to get to the end as fast as possible.
