For me, this unlocked after unlocking Guild Rank 7 quests. One thing to remember is this does not unlock automatically you have to check your Guild Cards in the menu under the Adventure category. As long as you're diligent about checking all events and characters in town as well as doing side quests, this will unlock normally (several of the characters are bosses that you won't face until Guild Rank 6). The full list of characters needed is as follows:

As the trophy says, you need to obtain Guild Cards for all characters. You obtain Guild Cards naturally as you meet characters as you progress through the game. In order for the trophy to unlock, you need to check out your Guild Cards after obtaining them all. You will get the last one after the "Thank You for Playing" subevent after you beat the game. Thanks to Walt the Dog for that last piece of information.
