Make sure you're at least at Guild Rank 4 and have Rom & Ram at level 8+. Accept "Search for Him" from the Guild (you can re-accept it if you're further in the game) and head to Alph Plains. If all is done correctly, you'll notice an event on the map. Go to it and Rom & Ram will show off the Ominaeshi skill, unlocking this trophy.

This event takes place in Alph Plains while the Rank 4 quest "Search for Him" is active. Also, they need to have the required skills, so level up Ram and Rom a bit if you haven’t done so. If you miss it the first time around and already cleared the quest, you can redo the quest and activate this event.
