How to unlock the The Refined Power achievement in Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online - Definitive Guide

For this trophy, you'll have to level all of the characters to roughly level 55-60 in order to unlock all the skills for them. This applies to every character: main characters, the CPU candidates and the goddesses. You can check to see how many are left to unlock by going to status and pressing right on the d-pad to see each character's skill list. Be sure to use prayers to increase EXP as well as experience gems and you should level pretty quickly.

This is probably your last trophy if you haven't been using all of your characters during the game. Your characters earn skills as they level up, and they earn the final skill between levels 52-60. Characters do not level up if they are not in the party.

The quickest way to level up characters offline is by going through the Unreal World. Use the warp at the end of the dungeon to transport you back to the beginning of the dungeon, with all of the enemies respawned (thanks to Walt the Dog for this information). Equip Experience Gems that give a 20% EXP bonus, and use prayers that increase EXP gained. Most enemies in there are weak to certain magic spells. These are the levels where each character learns their final skill:

Neptune - Level 56
Noire - Level 58
Blanc - Level 52
Vert - Level 56
Nepgear - Level 56
Uni - Level 54
Ram - Level 52
Rom - Level 52
Purple Heart - Level 60
Black Heart - Level 60
White Heart - Level 60
Green Heart - Level 60
