Treasure chests are hidden throughout the various dungeons and are usually found in crevices. Each dungeon has several and this will likely unlock during the second or third dungeon run. Keep in mind that treasures don't respawn and some require the use of a key, which is found randomly or can be bought from Chaos Factory starting at Guild Rank 3.
