Breakdown - You need to last 5 waves (which isn't hard). You also have to kill 2000 enemies. The game has 1 mode which is a survival type of mode. You don't need to press any buttons. Your robot automatically fires. So you only have to use the 2 thumbsticks. In between waves, you can spend money to upgrade your character.

When you are presented with a list of three cards to choose from, you'll see three squares just about "Buy One Skill First" D-Pad down and across to the middle square and you'll see a list of all the missions. The easiest is Buy 1 Skill.
