How to unlock the I Am The Law achievement in Cyberpunk 2077 - Definitive Guide
There is a total of 17 Cyberpsycho Sighting locations you must complete in order to unlock this achievement. Once at a Cyberpsycho Sighting location you must defeat a Cyberpsycho, which is a miniboss. I found melee weapons work best to kill them quickly. Cyberpsycho Sightings are found in your journal under Gigs.
Requirements for the locations to appear can be seen below.
Below are the locations of all Cyberpsycho Sighting Locations (17 total): (Ignore the fast travel dataterm locations.)
Watson (6 total):
City Center (2 total):
Heywood (2 total):

Heads up, some of these may be bugged. Had the ‘Where The Bodies Hit the Floor’ one bug mid mission and now can’t complete

After completing the main job 'The Ripperdoc,' you'll be contacted by Regina and told about Cyberpsychos. The goal with each one is to locate them by following hints and then kill them. These are mini bosses found around the world, far tougher than normal enemies. There are a total of 17 Cyberpsychos to kill. They are initially marked as "side job" yellow exclamation marks until you get close enough. As with all side jobs and gigs, they are marked on your map from the start of the game and don't need to be revealed or discovered, but you will need to progress enough in the main story to have all of them appear on your map. Be warned that many are higher in level, so it's worth waiting until you've leveled up quite a bit before attempting them.
If you need help finding any, refer to THIS LINK for a list of all Cyberpsychos.

Cyberpsycho Sightings are a type of gigs, and they'll also be required for the trophies related to complete Gigs and NCPD Scanners Hustles. They will be unlocked after progressing the story so just finish the main story first before doing them.
There are 17 of them and they are some kind of mini bosses. They will all appear on your map with the yellow "?" and will then become Cyberpsycho Sightings once you are close. The only one that will not appear at first is the one located in Watson (Bloody Ritual), you need to visit this location during night time to make it appear on your map.

The HP of psychos can easily be reduced to a minimum with firearms.
The "WORLD" modification can help in this matter, which disables the possibility of a fatal hit, allowing you to deal damage to enemies without killing them.
Then you just need to finish off the abnormal one in hand-to-hand combat.

It is not necessary to finish off cyberpsychics with non-lethal weapons or fists, you can calmly finish off with a lethal weapon, they still do not die according to the script

I’ll add - immediately after stealing the chip from Arasaka (with Silverhand), we get only 16 places on the map with cyberpsychopaths. The 17th location opens in the wasteland immediately after completing the task “interrogate Andres Helman”

The task may be buggy, it happened to me, I completed the quest, Regina called me, everything is fine, but in the main task Anatomy of a Murder - it is listed as not completed, I had to rollback for 5 hours
