How to unlock the Mean Streets achievement in Cyberpunk 2077 - Definitive Guide
Below is an image of all the Gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles for Heywood that must be completed in order to unlock this achievement.
The locations on this map are the exact locations I completed to unlock this achievement. I kept track of my progress on the achievement tracker until I unlocked the achievement.
You might have to increase your Street Cred Level if a location does not appear for you. I completed all of these locations at Street Cred Level 50 and right before the point of no return (right before the last story mission "Nocturne 0P55N1").
* "Gig: Smoking Kills" will appear after you complete the Reported Crime NCPD Scanner Hustle (which is indicated by the red arrow on the map).
* "Gig: Psychofan" has a MISSABLE item (Johnny's Pants) that must be collected for the "Breathtaking" Achievement. More information about this item can be found here:
* I did not need to complete "Gig: Bring Me The Head Of Gustavo Orta" for the achievement to unlock. I left it on the map however, just in case the achievement unlocked early for me.
* The Cyberpsycho Sightings "Letter Of The Law" and "Seaside Cafe" which are located in Heywood are not required for this achievement. The exact locations of these Cyberpsycho Sightings can be found here:

I swear I've done everything in Heywood, but it says i've done 57% out of 100%. Does this achievement include Main Story Missions???

@ martsmall - I don't know if I'll be able to, but I'll try.

Do not clear out enemies in missions, run into the territory, take everything from a suitcase or from a corpse and run away. If someone needs to be saved, they ran in, found him, ran out of the territory, the mob itself will reach the exit. In some missions, even your enemies won’t have time to notice you in order to aggro. Save tens of hours on obtaining a trophy and similar ones in other territories

A couple of robberies and an order from the padre are displayed in the "City Center"

After clearing 100% of the map, the trophy still did not drop. I loaded a previous save and cleared the area again. I used a hint from maxnensyby - an order from Padre: “Bring me the head of Gustavo” is located in the east of the city center. Plus I completed two robberies right there next to this order and the trophy immediately fell out.

If you cleared the area and the trophy did not drop, wait 5-10 minutes, if not, then alas.
I cleared the area myself and the trophy didn’t fall out, I was running around and didn’t realize what I had missed, and while I was running, the trophy itself fell out.
