If you actually paid attention to the game while playing it you wouldn’t need him to tell you whether to call Panam or Hanako. Plus he said it once why wouldn’t you just do it again... downvoting in that case is just petty.

I had a weird issue with this achievement, it popped for me, shows up in my recent achievement feed, but when I look at the achievement list it says it is still a secret achievement and I haven't unlocked it.

1. Start the last story mission "Nocturne OP55N1"
2. After you pass out and wake up in Viktors clinic, Misty will take you to the roof. Here when speaking with Johnny, choose either: "Gonna ask Panam for help." or "Think you and Rogue should go" or do not choose anything and wait for 5 minutes and Johnny starts to talk (for this to work, you should have your "Johnny score" at 70% or more meaning that during your story you should have mostly sided with Johnny).
If you choose "Think you and Rogue should go":
3.1 Choose dialogue: "Then [Take pseudoendotrizine] I am. Do your thing Johnny."
3.2 Complete "For whom the bell tolls". Dialogue choices don't matter during this quest.
