How to unlock the The Wasteland achievement in Cyberpunk 2077 - Definitive Guide
Below is an image of all the Gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles for the Badlands that must be completed in order to unlock this achievement.
The locations on this map are the exact locations I completed to unlock this achievement. I started at 0 percent on my achievement tracker and kept track of my progress until the achievement unlocked.
You might have to increase your Street Cred Level if a location does not appear for you. Also, this is best done right before the point of no return as some Gigs will not appear until certain story missions are completed.
I completed all of these locations at Street Cred Level 50 and right before the point of no return (right before the last story mission "Nocturne 0P55N1").
* Reported Crimes: "Comrade Red", "Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close", "Blood In The Air" and "I Don't Like Sand" will appear after you complete their corresponding Reported Crime NCPD Scanner Hustle (which is indicated by the red arrow on the map).
* The Cyberpsycho Sightings "House On A Hill", "The Wasteland" and "Second Chances" which are located in the Badlands are not required for this achievement. The exact locations of these Cyberpsycho Sightings can be found here:

Am I the only one who see Euralio Alma grave (that is not even marked on this map) and cannot interact with it? And I am stuck at 97% of this achievement. WTF?

This is less of a specific guide for this region in particular, but more a set of guidelines and tips for these "Complete x area" achievements in general.
If you think you've completed everything in an area (ie: you can't find anything else on the map) try one of the following things and see if it spawns another quest, or pops your achievement:
-Skip time in increments of 6 hours at a time and recheck the map. Some quests seem to be tied to certain times of the day? Worth trying at least.
-Go into your Shards and read all of your unread ones. A lot of times the NCPD scan missions drop shards that lead to other missions and they're easy to miss if you're just plowing through these for the achievements. This solved the majority of my issues.
-If neither of the above worked, then simply move onto the next area. On two separate occasions (Watson and Heywood) I didn't get my achievement until I was doing something in another area. I'm not sure if this was just a delayed reaction, or I had a quest that started in one region and ended in another. Either way, be patient, and try it.
Hope this helps someone.

Same thing actually happened to me, thanks for mentioning it. Now I can't get Santo Domingo's achievement to pop despite having cleared the map and trying all of my above tips:-(

That's because I think game looks if everything is done in the map, not in the journal. Which means that if you have a quest that starts in Santo Domingo and you have second part that has the objective 20 meters away but its wastelands on the map, you wont get the achievement until you do that second objective in wasteland

If you open up the Map, you can use the D-pad (on Xbox) to change the filter of what icons are shown. Change it to "Custom" and you select "NCPD Scanner" - this will show you all those pesky hustles.

See It's Elementary .
The Badlands are the areas outside of the main districts (North of Watson, East of Santo Domingo, South/South-East of Pacifica)
