D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die

Hover the cursor over objects that have an exclamation mark on them, and wait until the exclamation mark turns into a green check mark. These are observations. Some observations are in cutscenes too, those with controllers must hold down for a few seconds to mark those down.

Many objects have observations (food items, credits, even people). Each individual credit, food item, and person will have their own unique observations. So if you “observe” one credit in an episode, another credit in the same episode will have a different observation that counts toward this achievement.

You’ll have to hover the cursor over many objects before grabbing them, or else you’ll have to replay the episode again.
