D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die

This is a story related achievement which cannot be missed.

After moving on past the cargo container you’ll arrive at a powered door. Once you find a way to open the powered door, continue through and this stunt scene will begin.

The following are the button prompts for this particular stunt. Feel free to pause the game and look at these to prepare yourself for what you must input next.

Right stick/left stick will be abbreviated as /, right trigger/left trigger will be abbreviated as /, and so on.

When you see a + sign, you must perform the two actions connected to the plus sign simultaneously. When you see a comma, get ready to press the respective buttons immediately following the action before it.
