As there is absolutely no online players for this game, set up a boosting session to get the minimum requirement of 4 players into a match.
Use the Auto-Revolver and aim for the head. You will kill two birds with one stone as you will unlock this as well as the QUICK DRAW achievement.
The achievement will unlock at the loading out screen.

The same as what St Tony22 said above , but you WILL also unlock the SURE SHOT achievo aswell (10 kills in a Ranked match) so 3 birds with one stone !!!

This can be done legitimately with any weapon, which isn't too difficult, but you can also boost it with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just get a rifle and kill ten people with headshots.
