For this achievement, you will need to first set up a ranked Capture the Flag match. As this game is pretty deserted online, it would be best to set up a gaming session as you need four people to start a match.
If you do get yourself in a group of friends then you won't have to worry about fighting your way to the flag so just keep your fingers off the Left Trigger to avoid any temptation to fire or throw one of your mines.
I found that the quickest map to do this on was PSI Topside.
To note: If you have a four round match (which is the minimum) and you fire a shot in a round prior to your flag capture then the achievement will not pop. However, on a more positive note, it will pop at the end of the round rather than the match (when you don't fire) so there is no requirement to play out the entire match.

Ok it is simple just get three more people to boost with you and start the game and have them just stand there and you go capture the flag just dont throw a grenade or fire your gun.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just run straight to the flag, grab it, and return it without firing your gun and tossing a grenade. If you're boosting, this should be very simple.
