Just to help out and clear up any confusion, the autorevolver is the pistol (D-Pad Down) that you START WITH; you do not have to pick up any weapons.
You must get all 10 kills in a single ranked match. If you suicide, that counts against your kills, so for each suicide, you must get another pistol kill.

As there is absolutely no online players for this game, set up a boosting session to get the minimum requirement of 4 players into a match.
Use the Auto-Revolver and aim for the head. You will kill two birds with one stone as you will unlock this as well as the CEREBRAL ASSASSIN achievement.
The achievement will unlock at the loading out screen.
