As there is absolutely no online players for this game, set up a boosting session to get the minimum requirement of 4 players into a match.
Take turns doing the 5 straight wins. It takes about 3 minutes per match plus loading times.
The achievement will unlock at the loading out screen.

I would like to add that there are only 2 levels for KOTH. Shaman and shaft. Shaman is easiest especially if you have no idea how to play this game at all. RB is a important button to know. Also I won a koth match then won a bunch of others, then came back and did 4 more koth and it popped. So it looks like you can change match type just dont loose. It was even the next day when I finished, so it doesnt even have to be all in one sitting.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just win five consecutive matches in King of the Hill Mode.
