Simply Flawless the last move or "Finishing Move".
Song, or difficulty or mode should not matter.
Finishing moves aren't practised in Break It Down mode however so you'll have to learn and do it in one of the Performance modes.

This can be done in any game mode on any difficulty. Look for the "Flawless" ring around your legs during the finishing move. Some songs with simple finishing moves are Sandstorm by Darude, Mai Ai Hee, and Hot Stuff by Donna Summer. They're just simple poses that mirror the flashcard.
