In Break It Down on any move, record a video by using the option or saying "Xbox Record Video".
Do the move once then watch yourself. Once done do it again and get a Flawless and the achievement will unlock.
As for the video, it seems to just be temporary, I don't think it is saved anywhere. At least I hope not.

Refer to Slow Profile, except select Video Record instead of Slow It Down. Perform the move so it records you, then perform the move while your video is playing, get a flawless rating, and the achievement will unlock immediately.
